Hey there, I’m Sarah! If I were to describe myself in a nutshell, I’d say I’m an animal-loving, interfaith-reverending, and forever-hopeful kinda gal.
Growing up, I always felt a deep connection with animals. I guess you could say it was in my bones. Fast forward a few years, and here I am in sunny southwest Florida, surrounded by my incredible husband, three lively dogs, and a mischievous cat. Trust me, our household is never short on antics and cuddles.
My journey with the furry and feathery began long before I could even properly pronounce the word “ministry.” I’ve always believed that animals have a unique way of touching our souls, teaching us about unconditional love and the importance of compassion. This belief led me to specialize in Animal Ministry, where I’ve dedicated myself to spreading the message of love and care for all creatures, great and small.
But it’s not all about preaching; action speaks louder than words, right? That’s why I founded the ONE MORE DAY Foundation, Inc. It’s more than just a foundation for me; it’s a passion project that tugs at my heartstrings every single day. We work tirelessly to find warm, loving homes for homeless hospice dogs, ensuring they spend their last moments surrounded by love and comfort. It’s not always easy, but the joy of seeing these precious souls find their forever families makes every challenge worth it.
I’m a firm believer in making every moment count, especially when it comes to our beloved animal friends. That’s why I strive to sponsor the veterinary costs for these dogs, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve right up until their last breath. It’s my way of giving back and making sure that these incredible beings leave this world knowing they were cherished.
